Ensure your swimwear is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all hygiene seals and tags still firmly attached.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
